I shoot all of it, from the curb appeal out front to the small details that make an interior stick in someone's memory, and I compose each shot to show the home at its real best. You'll have everything the next business day, ready for the MLS, your marketing, and your portfolio.
Drone & Aerial Photography
There is so much a ground-level photo just can't show. Aerial shots give buyers the full picture, like the lot lines, the landscaping, how close the home sits to parks and the mountains, and the real scale of the property. They are especially useful for bigger lots, acreage, and any home where location is a big part of the draw. This service is coming soon, and it'll be done in full compliance with FAA commercial guidelines.
Video Walkthroughs
A good walkthrough lets buyers move through a home before they ever set foot inside. That early connection matters, and it tends to bring in showings from people who are actually serious. When the footage is smooth, well lit, and paced to tell the story of the space, video turns into one of the strongest tools a listing has. This service is coming soon.
